Prairie Center - 144th Avenue Street Improvements

144th Avenue is an existing 2 lane and 4 lane road that provides a connection to the north section of the Power Center off of I-76. The ultimate buildout of 144th Avenue will occur by May 2006 and will include approximately 1 1/4 mile of roadwork and all necessary utility installation from the I-76 entrance ramp to Buckley Road. This project will also include the installation of a pedestrian underpass as well as a box culvert to facilitate the flows of the irrigation ditch that runs through the Prairie Center project.
