AMC West Olive 16-Screen

Faced with a site once occupied by a two-acre lake, Brinkmann Constructors developed a creative redesign solution that saved $900,000 for American Multi-Cinema, Inc. (AMC) at its AMC West Olive Theatre. Brinkmann?s plan eliminated the need for an expensive retaining wall and lowered the site grades by five feet. Water storage was moved from a wet retention basin to an underground concrete basin and remaining water was used to create a small landscaped lake.
