The Chesterfield Grove IV Office Building is a 2-story, 47,000-square-foot, Class A office space located in Chesterfield, MO at the intersection of Chesterfield Airport Road and Baxter Road on a 2.83 acre site. The building is comprised of a steel frame with a masonry shell. An attached drive-thru area will be constructed for the first floor tenant.
