Forsyth Centre

The developer of Forsyth Centre tapped Brinkmann?s ability to implement complex architectural and engineering designs for this multi-tenant, high-finish, 14-story downtown Clayton high-rise. Clad in brick with limestone accents, the high-rise features a sweeping expanse of blue reflective glass that mirrors the curve of Forsyth Boulevard, providing dramatic sunset views for tenants. A five-story glass atrium bridges the adjacent Jefferson Smurfit Centre and existing parking garage. Seven new levels of parking doubled the parking garage capacity. The owner and tenants benefited from Brinkmann?s exceptional construction planning, logistics, and coordination, a special challenge on this tight site.
