Site construction consists of 27 acres, with the building pad and parking lot constructed after filling two existing ponds ranging from 10-30 ft deep. The building construction is for a 143,000 square foot Prototype Wal-Mart Supercenter. This project includes off-site roadway improvements consisting of signalizing and adjacent intersection and widening adjacent streets, Jackson Road and Main Street.
