This project consists of complete sitework construction including mass grading, underground utilities, asphalt and concrete paving, and landscaping for future Lowe's Home Improvement store and the adjacent public roadway. The site will include several future retail outlots. Specialty construction includes a sanitary lift station that serves the site.
