Shops at Kohl's/Famous Footwear

The Shops at Kohl’s project, which is home to Famous Footwear and Sally Beauty, was completed by Brinkmann Constructors on a fast track schedule of 4 ½ months. To make certain the schedule was met and save THF dollars, Brinkmann Constructors poured and erected the concrete tilt-up panels for the project. The project also consisted of a truss-framed hip roof, cultured stone, quartzite tile, stucco, and decorative hardscapes and landscaping to match the overall Prairie Center project theme.
