Arnold, MO

The project consists of 10,000 SF retail on a 1.2 acre outlot site. Sears Hardware is a proposed tenant for half of the building and the project includes tenant finish work for Sears Hardware. The strip retail is proposed for the other half of the building.

Features: A high centered arch is a feature of this project. The sitework includes elements comprised of additional parking for the front of the building as tenants, as well as fabric awnings and a 12' high storefront.
