Main Street and Jordan Retail Center

This 13 acre site located in Parker, Colorado hosts a 21,000 SF retail building and features seven additional building pads for future development. Brinkmann constructed the 21,000 SF building, as well as delivering the seven building pads for future development. In addition, Brinkmann Constructors completed all the associated sitework, which included rework of the existing detention pond, installation of site retaining walls, roadways, and sidewalks. Brinkmann Constructors has also been contracted, and has started construction, for the Parker and Hess Retail project, a similar retail development for the same Owner.
