These three buildings are part of the Fountain Plaza at Clarkson 12 building development. Building C is a 5,361 SF building that has the capability of housing five tenants. Building E is a 6,524 SF building which can house six tenants, and Building F is a 6,747 SF building that can support up to six tenants. Two of the many tenants in these buildings are Starbucks and Qdoba.

Features: One feature of this site will be 3' tall garden walls along the perimeter in several areas.
