Fountain Plaza at Clarkson - Buildings C, E, & F

These three buildings are part of the Fountain Plaza at Clarkson 12 building development. Building C is a 5,361 SF building that has the capability of housing five tenants. Building E is a 6,524 SF building which can house six tenants, and Building F is a 6,747 SF building that can support up to six tenants. Two of the many tenants in these buildings are Starbucks and Qdoba.

Features: One feature of this site will be 3' tall garden walls along the perimeter in several areas. The site will also feature lighted wall fountains along the main entrance drive and on the corner of the Clayton/Clarkson Road intersection. Each building facade will feature cultured exterior walls with accent bands and storefront windows along the front of each building.
