Manchester Plaza (Office Depot Shell & Site)

This project consists of modifying the existing Symms building and site work for two new tenants -- Office Depot and Ace Hardware. The building modifications include a re-roof, new EIFS front facade, added storefront, and painting of the exterior. The site work includes new rain gardens, asphalt paving, retaining walls, decorative site lighting, and landscaping.

Features: The site includes new water filtration rain gardens, which are one of the first to be installed in the St. Louis area. This hyper-track project is to be completed in eight weeks.
