This 68,000 SF luxurious office space is located in the upscale business district of Clayton, Missouri. The main lobby overlooks the city park through an exterior glazed curtain wall system. The distinguished radius-coffered ceilings and precision accent lighting captures the eloquent ambiance of a Class A office space. Indirect lighting strategies were implemented for all work station spaces and private office, along with stylish acoustical ceilings in the majority of the space.
