The Meadows Lifestyle Center Phase I includes junior anchors, restaurants and small shops space totaling approximately 200,000 SF of retail. The project includes construction of four retail buildings and one junior anchor and all associated sitework.

Features: Features include center plaza area with a clock tower, pergola and stage area for outdoor events, water feature with fountains and dock piers, brick paved walkways with decorative lighting, signage and landscaping.
