Arnold Commons Sitework

Construction management of a 70-acre site development. Work for this project includes all site clearing/grading, site utilities and paving. The site will house a new Lowe's Home Improvement, Dierberg's and approximately 120,000 SF of shops as well as several outlots. This project also includes $7 million in road improvements by the City of Arnold.

Features: Grading work includes 50' - 60'fills and 50' cuts in rock. Approximately 350,000 CF of rock will be blasted and relocated.

Value: $17 million
