Brinkmann Constructors has completed the exterior buildout and decorative sitework for all 12 buildings. This “high end” retail project that is pedestrian friendly includes eye-catching architectural features as well as beautiful landscape and hardscapes throughout. Current tenants include Quiznos, Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli, Subway, Elite Nails, GNC, and Dental One with more tenants coming soon.
