This 105,000 SF building with a 28,000 SF Garden Center consists of the construction of a new store and parking lot on a site with expansive clay stone. Brinkmann must undercut the entire building pad 13' to remediate the expansive clay stone. The project also includes constructing a regional detention pond as well as modifications to the existing streets and completing the grading for future outlots.
